Xamanist is Serguei, born in 1977, musician, composer and producer from Portugal.

Serguei plays guitar, bass and synths since his childhood. He's interested in electronic music production since 1997, and met the trance world at Boom Festival 2000. After this life-changing event, he has been producing his own trance compositions, melting technological habilities with musical skills and experience.

In 2005 he invited Syul to join Swan X-1, psychedelic trance duo. They played around Portugal until 2007. Due to lack of time to meet and compose together, the two members decided to end the Swan X-1 project, and Serguei began the Xamanist solo project.

Xamanist aims to blend the old with the new, darkness with light, melody with rhythm. You can expect oldschool goa and progressive influences, creative track stories, new technologies and lots of psychedelism! Bringing back the progressive goa psychedelia in a new personal form.

Xamanist will perform LIVE, breaking with the current concept of "push-the-play-button" live-acts, and recreating the original vibe and umpredictability of the first trance projects.

Intragalactic is about the inner dimensions, about looking and travelling inside!
Twisted, fast, full of goa melodies and twisted passages.
Creative story I think!

This one was started in 2004.
It's very melodic and happy, filled with trippy atmospheres, progressive in structure and goa in the melodies.
It's about the feeling of being totally overwellmed by good feelings and beauty

I started this one in 2005, right after an amazing party with an even more amazing deco by Tribe of Frog, theme Atlantis, that made me feel like I was underwater for a loooong time
Atlantis, mythical ancient civilization, possibly submersed in the peak of its shinning and glory... Possibly guardians of great knowledge!

Progressive, with lots of psychedelic and goa influences, it has a very tripy story... check it out!

Across the Universe is a song that I started in 2003, and has been in the closet until now.
Beautiful, uplifting, full of goa melodies, psychedelic textures and guitars.
I tried to recreate diferent sounds and musical aproaches from the people of this world, of this universe
