Today I uploaded six final? tracks. Re-mastered, re-vamped and re-thought tracks, ready for my album project 'The UFO Gnomes'. Of course, as always, nothing is definite until the last minute. But I hope to get the album promoted by one or two dedicated Psytrance internet labels/promoters. Personally I feel a bit more confident about the sound and I'm happy to share some of the progress with whomever may be interested.

The album goes in 141bpm. Sometimes 'full on', some of it very progressive and other songs are more melodic. Loud psy-kick. Included are sound samples from real life UFO witnesses, US Airforce and Mexican Airforce communication channels with pilots talking about UFOs. And also a few samples from certain mediums (spirit channeling sessions).

Regarding the over all genre, well, On http://www.psypix.org they labeled the Ufo Gnome tracks 'Newschool Neo'! Interesting to learn about a (for me) new genre.

I'm new on this site and recently uploaded two of my latest creations. Initially I found it a bit confusing to categorize the songs, so many under-categories... I guess my style is somewhere in between 'full on' and experimental but that's only a vague guess. Please correct me if it's all wrong..

However, this site is just perfect (thanx Rik ) and I would feel truly honored if I got some feedback on my production from you guys. Admittedly I've been testing some of the tracks on the dance floor on local raves and the feedback was ok (nobody left the dance floor) but as a composer of psytrance one needs comments from people who also are making this type of music.

I will take a good look around and try to give some input too. Already heard some really nice stuff from other members (awesome). If I really like something I'll try to get hold on the track to include in my sets
